I HAD THE RIGHT ROLE MODELS
I grew up with 2 parents who were both extremely active and fit. My dad was an elite gymnast who won 4 medals at the 1984 Olympics. My mom was a figure skater turned model and actress. Despite the role models I had around me, at age 22, I found myself in the worst shape of my life.
At the peak of my body weight, I found myself overeating for no reason, drinking more than I ever had, and taking pain meds for my broken foot. I was in a bad head space.
I WANTED MY FIT LIFE BACK
Although I never played sports, I was a fan of just about any outdoor activity you could think of: biking, hiking, snowboarding, and wakeboarding. After my foot healed, my once-healthy habits were so far gone and I was stuck.
I started to notice my interactions with family and friends started to change. I didn't like myself and where I was in my life. I knew I had to make a change. I wanted to get back to the way I used to feel, the way I used to be - fit, active, and happy.




IT SET THE TONE FOR MY LIFE
I got into the gym, found an awesome trainer, and started lifting weights. That changed everything. I started seeing results week to week. My mental state improved. And I started to feel my life was getting back on track.
Building strength set the tone for my life and continues to do so. I simplified the process to help my clients build strength, rapidly see gains, and have fun doing it.
I am dedicated to helping my clients build strength, stamina and flexibility so they can enjoy all the activities in life they want!
